This treatment entails an extensive medical and lifestyle history review and your initial acupuncture treatment. This treatment generally takes 2 hours to complete. It is important for me to get to know you, so I may help you uncover the imbalances that keep you stuck in a place of dis-ease. Usually energy work is also done.

This treatment is a step toward  balancing your whole being – physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic. Weekly acupuncture from 36 weeks can reduce labor time, interventions, and pain. Treatments are generally 45 minutes, and few needles are used. Acupressure can also be used.
